We're back from our trip to Positano (and Greece) and I wanted to say thank you for saving us when our flight was canceled and we ended up coming in 5 hours late. In addition to picking us up at the airport, you called our hotel to assure that they would keep our reservation. You truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

We enjoyed our ride to the hotel. It was safe and informative and friendly! You are a very nice gentleman and we appreciated your excellent service!

Dear Angelo,

How are you? We made it home safely and before the trouble in London, thank goodness. I wanted to thank you once again and write something nice for your internet page.

For the guestbook:
Angelo provided transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento on 7/29/06 for my family of 2 adults and 3 young boys and lots of bags in his beautiful new Mercedes van. Our plane arrived over an hour late and as we had been traveling in France and northern Italy the 2 weeks prior to our arrival in Naples without further contact with Angelo, I was worried but he was right there! He met us at the exit of the baggage claim with a sign with our name, took my bags and led us to his car. We appreciated the icy-cold air conditioning in the 95' heat. His English is excellent and we enjoyed the 1 hour drive to Sorrento. He gave us a lot of information as we drove and stopped at some scenic overlooks for pictures. He gave us restaurant recommendations and stopped at his favorite pizza place so that we could get pizza for the kids. We were so delighted with him that we asked him to return to take us to Pompeii and then to the Naples train station 5 days later. He stopped in at the hotel the evening before our departure to confirm our plans. He arranged for a guide to meet us at Pompeii for a tour. When we arrived at the train station, he parked and helped bring our bags to our train and we loaded up. Thank you Angelo for taking such good care of us and we hope to see you soon! We send you Christmas greetings. We take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful day we had at Pompeii and the Amalfai Coast in 17 October 2006.. The tour was one of the highlights in our trip to Italy. We often think of Sorrento and how we should have stayed there. Next time we visit Italy we will stay in Sorrento instead of Naples. The remainder of our holiday after we left you was a great success and we will look back at our Italian tour of 2006 with much fondness. We attach a couple of photos to remind you of us. I want to thank you for helping us have a wonderful day visiting Vesuvius and Pompeii. Here is the picture we took together in front of the Church in Pompeii. I could not find a tour that would do both sites in one day, much less from Rome. Thanks to you we arrived at Napoli Centrale at 9:10 and we were on our way back to Rome on the 4:10 train, with extra time to visit the lovely Our Lady of Pompeii Church and relax at the train station in Napoli.
